What gets deleted

Your account, profile, business logo and payment details
All customers you added and all ledger entries, payment requests and payment confirmations
Messages, notifications, subscription records and support tickets
All photos and files you uploaded

When

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere. All of the data above is permanently erased within 30 days. Security log entries are kept only in anonymised form, with nothing that identifies you.
